OUR RE-TREATMENT POLICY<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section>

We have a 30-day re-treatment policy.<\/b><\/p>\n

In order to qualify for our re-treatment policy, all members of the household must be examined by a Lice Consultants and Associates\u00a0technician and either cleared or treated by us.<\/p>\n

We do not give refunds.<\/p>\n

If evidence of a continuing lice infestation is observed within 30 days of the initial treatment we will treat you again with no additional charge.<\/p>\n

For families with children that have any contraindication to the use of our air device we offer a comb-out and a follow-up comb-out after 10 days in order to qualify for our re-treatment policy.<\/p>\n

A $10 screening fee is applied to follow-up screenings without evidence of a new infestation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
